15 million-year-old extinct Hooked Mako shark tooth (lower), unearthed from ancient dried up seabeds in California. Prepared and mounted by hand on a 14K gold plated stainless steel chain & bail.

Lower jaw teeth from this species are sharply angled and blade-like—sleek, narrow, and unmistakably predatory. A rarer, more aggressive cut of the already uncommon Hooked Mako.
