Westcoast Sharkteeth Return Policy

At Westcoast Sharkteeth (WCST), every piece is handcrafted using natural materials and released in limited drops. Because each item is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. However, we understand that rare issues may occur. Please review our return policy below.
 

1. Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. This policy ensures the integrity and exclusivity of our limited releases.
 

2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken or unwearable, we’ll review it for a possible refund.

To request a case review:

  • Email us at westcoastsharkteeth@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or video of the issue

    • A short description of the problem

If approved, you’ll be asked to return the item for inspection.

  • If the item is confirmed defective, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • If no defect is found, the item will be sent back to you
     

3. What’s Not Covered

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

  • Cosmetic imperfections or natural irregularities in shark teeth or gemstones

  • Personal preferences (e.g., size, style, chain type)

  • Minor issues with replaceable components (cords or chains)

  • Orders received outside the 3-day contact window

  • Any item returned without prior approval
     

4. Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
     

5. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • WCST is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments
     

6. Our Discretion

WCST reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or request that doesn’t meet our policy terms, even if a return is initiated. This protects the integrity of our small-batch, handcrafted products.
