Custom Orders or Limited Drops: If you’ve purchased a product during a limited drop or custom release, processing times may extend up to 5 business days due to the exclusivity of these items.

For orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier. Unfortunately, WCST cannot refund or replace orders that are marked as delivered.
