• Refunds are only considered in the rare case that an item arrives unwearable due to a clear defect (e.g., broken on arrival).

• To request a review, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at westcoastsharkteeth@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photos or video.

• If your case is approved, the item must be returned for inspection before any refund is issued.

• If no functional issue is found, the item will be returned to you.

• We do not offer refunds for cosmetic variations, natural imperfections, or personal preference.

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
